Hickory Beech Subdivision

Hickory Beech in Topsfield, Massachusetts features 24 residential lots along 3,800 feet of new roads that were designed around large areas of natural resources and variable topography. Amenities for the new neighborhood include walking trails and natural areas of dedicated open space. Beals Associates, Inc. provided services from the conceptual layout through the design, permitting and construction administration of this project.
