Patton Ridge

Patton Ridge was developed by C.P. Berry homes on a parcel of land that was donated to the Town of Hamilton by the estate of Major General George S. Patton. Beals Associates, Inc. provided full design and permitting services for this 55+ community that included design features intended to minimize disruption to the natural surroundings of the Patton Estate. In doing so, the stormwater management facility was designed with low-impact development features that allowed for a completely hidden basin and preservation of much of the sites existing vegetation and mature tree lines.
