English Commons, in Topsfield, Massachusetts was a design and permitting effort by Beals Associates that required multiple filings under the Wetlands Protection Act, close coordination with community staff and well-coordinated construction efforts by the project developers. Beals Associates, Inc provided site design and permitting for the project which was located on land that was formerly owned by Boston College.
