The TRACK at New Balance Groundbreaking

On April 1st, NB Development Group broke ground on “The Track at New Balance,” which will be a multi-sport complex featuring a hydraulically-operated 200-meter indoor track with 5,000 seats, a sports research lab, regulation courts and turf field space, and even a separate warm-up track. The track facilities will be home to Team New Balance. Additionally, the building will house a brand new concert venue with a capacity of 3,500, operated by The Bowery Presents. The building is expected to be complete in 2021. Once completed, The TRACK at new balance will complement the NB Fitness Center across the street, the New Balance Global Flagship store, offices for several high-profile organizations, and the training facilities of both the Bruins and the Celtics. Beals Associates continues to be a proud team member involved in this truly transformational project, and we look forward to watching track meets and concerts at The TRACK at new balance in the near future.
