Recent Approvals

Recently, Beals Associates, Inc. has received approvals from local authorities for several projects. An Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) was approved last week in Haverhill, MA. This approval formally establishes the Resource Area boundaries on our client’s property for the next three years.

The Dedham (MA) Conservation Commission recently issued a Negative Determination of Applicability for minor work proposed on our client’s property. Despite the use of the word “negative,” the approval is actually a favorable result. A Negative Determination means that the local Conservation Commission decided the proposed work is not subject to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (WPA) and therefore work can proceed without additional approvals from the Commission.
